Donway is delivering the formwork package for 54–56 Albatross Avenue — a six-storey boutique residential development at Mermaid Beach, designed by BDA Architecture, with four whole-floor apartments.
The building's defining feature is its curved façade. To form those sweeping concrete edges accurately, our team designed and built a bespoke edgeboard system tailored to the geometry, so the curves could be cast cleanly and repeated consistently across every level.
