Donway Developments is proud to be delivering the formwork package for the boutique residential project at 54–56 Albatross Avenue, Mermaid Beach. This six-storey development, designed by BDA Architecture, features four luxury whole-floor apartments positioned to capture sweeping ocean views.

A key feature of the structure is the building’s distinctive curved façade. To achieve this architectural finish, our team designed and implemented a bespoke edgeboard system that allowed the curved concrete edges to be formed with precision and consistency across each level. The custom solution ensured a high-quality exposed finish while maintaining efficiency throughout the formwork process.
